Hi, I’m Vicky,

I’m a life and mindfulness coach. And I’ve learnt how to make my dreams come true, live my life purpose and become my destiny...But it's been a journey.

Having navigated a life crisis or two I combine personal experience with 20 years of professional knowledge. I can provide you with the tools to make your dreams come true quickly and simply.

I’ve bought together my skills in neurolinguistic programming (NLP), mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) and Laws of Attraction and have created workshops and personalised life coaching providing proven awakening methods to help you discover the real you. The results are instant and powerful…even life changing!

I also teach Mind Calm, an amazing but simple and effective modern meditation technique to calm your busy mind. This essential life skill is easy to do, no special cushions or candles needed, and is perfect to use anytime anywhere to help you find balance and calm within your busy day.

Everyone has the right to live the life they dream of, to love their life and to love being their true selves … discover your magic and make it real.

With love - Vicky x

Oh, and if you just HAVE to know more about me, then read on....

I love wildlife, sunsets (not up early enough for sunrises!), coffee and travelling this wonderful world.

I eat way too much chocolate.

I can see the sea from my lounge window and love to walk along the beach. The sea is always by my side.

I play personal assistant to my 10-year-old son and love it. He truly rocks!

I'm a single mum, and however tricky it can be, it genuinely is equally rewarding.

I’m a Facebook addict. There, I’ve said it.

I offer one to one’s and workshops from my home (or yours) by the sea! If it is sunny I will take you to the beach to do some meditating or coaching as you can see here with two of my clients.
